Holidays
If a holiday falls on a weekday or a Sunday, and your regularly scheduled pickup is on or after the holiday, your pickup will be delayed by one day. Friday customers will be serviced on Saturday.
Flood Brothers will not collect on the following holidays:
- New Years's Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
Service Details
All solid waste materials must be placed at the curb for
collection by 6:00 a.m., the day of your scheduled collection.
We cannot guarantee a specific time the driver will be at
your home, please note the collection time may change
from the current provider with Flood Brothers Disposal.
Flood Brothers Disposal will provide each single-family home
weekly collection. Residents will be delivered
35, 65, or 95 gallon two-wheeled refuse carts.
As part of the regularly scheduled refuse collection,
Flood Bros will collect one (1) bulk item per week on
refuse collection day at no charge. An example, the
following items are considered bulk items: mattresses,
box springs, small tables, chairs, couches and other small
furniture.
Bulk items weighing more than fifty (50) pounds please
call Flood Brothers Disposal at least 24 hours prior to
schedule special pick up.
- Items longer than five feet in length / Items weighing more than 50 pounds / Rocks, concrete and construction materials including roofing materials and lumber
- Large appliances such as freezers, refrigerators, stoves, washing machines, dryers, etc. even if broken up, cut up, crushed or flattened / Any type of metal post, pipe, swing set, antenna, etc. / Electronic waste, or e-waste such as computer equipment, televisions, etc.
Residents will be delivered 65 or 95-gallon two-wheeled
recycling carts. Flood Brothers will allow recycling materials
to be comingled (i.e. plastic, glass, metal and paper products
mixed together). Not inside a paper or plastic bag.
Flood Bros. Disposal Co. will provide weekly collection of
unlimited containerized yard waste and commingled food
scrap service from April 1st through second week of
December on the same day as refuse and recycling
collection each week.
Yard waste shall be placed in a plastic or metal container
with a tight cover, or a biodegradable Kraft bag, of a size no
larger than 35 gallons and not exceeding 50lbs.
We will accept and collect all bundles of brush or limbs,
providing the bundles do not exceed a weight of fifty (50)
pounds per bundle, are not more than four (4) feet long, are
not more than two (2) feet in diameter, do not contain limbs
greater than three (3) inches in diameter and are tied with a
material that is accepted at the compost site.
Loose leaf curbside vacuuming will occur in the fall.
Flood Bros will also provide collection services for white
good items (i.e., appliances) for an additional fee. Examples
shall include refrigerators, dishwashers, water heaters,
washers, dryers, etc. Residents will be required to call our
office 24 hours prior to collection to schedule pick up.
Flood Brothers Disposal will provide a special collection
for Christmas trees the following two weeks after
Christmas at no charge.

Vacation Policy:
Residents are required to notify Flood Brothers prior to going on vacation. There is a 30 day minimum and no maximum (within one calendar year) in order to receive credit. Residents must supply a start and return date prior to their departure. Any balance must be paid in full before vacation status is applied. Credit will be applied upon return. No credit will be issued if Flood Bros Disposal is notified after the fact.
